Eric Isaac has served as our lead pastor since Neighborhood Church’s launch in August 2018. Eric is responsible for teaching, leading our missional communities and directing our church's vision. He was born and raised in Miami and graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology and from Fuller Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Theological Studies. Eric is married to his wife, Julie. They would love to meet you and tell you how great their dog is.
Brett Horne &
Brett has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. His professional experience includes various roles as a Controller and Accounting Supervisor as well as accounting for privately held small businesses.
Martin has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida International University and an M.B.A. from the University of Florida. He currently works for a large IT company in Doral managing various projects.
Monica Lopez de Victoria
Monica is a Miami-based multi-media artist, performer in synchronized swimming, and educator for over 20 years. She makes colorful geometric aquatic videos, performances, drawings, and textiles which investigate unseen spiritual energy and emotional volume through movement and space. Monica has shown her work internationally and recently had residencies at the Bauhaus in Dessau, Germany and the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Korea in Seoul, South Korea. Monica grew up being a pastor’s daughter and had started the International Arts Movement group in Miami. She is a leader in the local visual arts community and has been the director of Locust Project’s summer high school art program, Locust Art Builders (LAB), for 10 years.
