Please see below our July 2020 financial update:
1) July 2020 Financials
Revenue for the month of July was $6,941 (+$2,183 YoY*), which continues a very positive trend we have seen throughout the entire year. Despite the negative circumstances we are all experiencing, God has continued to provide in ways that we could not have imagined, which enables us to continue serving our neighborhood in new and creative ways.

*YoY stands for “Year-over-Year”, which is used to compare how we did this month with the same month last year.
2) Mission Fund
During the month of July, we had the following Mission Fund expenses:
Spent $6,000 to help cover urgent medical bills for Carol Hart. We have stayed in contact with Carol and her family as they navigate through this difficult time.
Spent $2,060 to buy eight $250 gift cards for various Lincoln’s Beard employees whose income has been impacted during the pandemic.
Spent $500 to help Person A, as their income has been significantly impacted by the pandemic.
Spent $153 to buy breakfast for the COVID unit at Jackson Hospital.
Since the Finance Team facilitates the use of our Mission Fund, we are sometimes the recipients of many thankful and encouraging messages from those we are helping. However, we want to make sure these messages are shared with the entire Neighborhood Church family, as the Mission Fund would not be possible without your generosity and faithfulness.
