2) Searching for a Children’s Director
We are still searching for a Children’s Director who will be responsible for childcare during our Sunday morning corporate worship service. If you or anyone you know would be interested in this position, please click HERE or reach out to Pastor Eric (eric@neighborhoodchurch.miami) for more details.
3) Mission Fund
At the beginning of September, our Mission Fund had a balance of $7,264. Of this total, we have:
Spent $260 for mental health counsel that was previously committed in prior months;
Committed and spent about $114 to bring various meals to friends and families that were in the hospital;
Committed $5,300 to cover medical expenses for Kamryn Safreed, who recently underwent heart transplant surgery. Thankfully she is doing very well but has a long recovery period ahead of her. Our Missional Community groups are walking alongside her and her family during this difficult time.
At the end of September, we increased the Mission Fund by $2,838 (50% of our September revenue), which now brings our total Mission Fund balance for the month of October to $4,688.
We are very thankful for the work God is doing in our church and appreciate your trust in us to serve God and our community in this way. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
